is why some moms feel the need to make every post with advice/ideas of an alternate parenting method as some sort of personal attack.  newsflash: if you post on a social media forum, you’re gonna get some answers, and you’re not going to agree with all of them.  

pardon me for attempting to discredit some of the abounding misinformation surrounding breastfeeding. 

Well I am going to take it as a personal attack when you try and tell me that I shouldn’t be stopping breastfeeding. It’s not your life, not your decision. I know what is best for me and my child, and this is it. I’m not stopping because I am week or I just can’t take it any more, shit I had an all natural childbirth, I can pretty much take anything, but it is time to wean him. I refuse to be breastfeeding my son when he is two…..and I can post things if I want. You are not one of my followers, so I did not ask you to comment. Otherwise I would have sent you a personal message if I wanted your personal opinion. I use tumblr to connect with people who are in similar situations and to rant about my life. I don’t use it so that stupid ass people can attempt to tell me I am not doing the right thing with my child. I bet you haven’t had a kid before. I am not misinformed about breastfeeding, I know the info, that’s why I have been doing it for the past 6 months. So back the fuck up.
